I go to Viviana's every time I need a pedi or full set. I don't know many of their techs because I ask for Kim every time. I have never been disappointed with her job always does a great job! My boyfriend even comes here for his pedis and he gets Amy who also does an amazing job. Amy and Kim are amazing!

If you like custom, artistic nails then this is the salon for you. This time I got clear nails after seeing it on the internet. I went in without an appt so I wasn't sure if they could do it but they created exactly what I described and had all the right supplies and skills to do so. They also offer ALOT of colors including chrome and designs. All for a reasonable price, they don't over charge. During COVID everyone wears a mask and there is a plastic shield between you and your technician so that we can all slow the spread.

I have never been disappointed here! The service is always amazing as well as the attention to detail. They're doing a wonderful job keeping up with COVID-19 guidelines and even checking temperatures at the door!

I loved my experience here. I received a pedi and the nail technician did an amazing job. I would be back next time to get a full set. Over all the business was clean and sanitized and with even more precaution due to Covid. Will be back again!

I made an appt. ahead of time (due to COVID restrictions and regulations) for a SNS mani and gel polish pedi. The salon did a great job enforcing regulations for social distancing while still maintaining a relaxed salon environment. Ken did my mani and pedi and took his time to make them perfect. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and was a little worried that I might have to sacrifice quality with everything going on. Fortunately, that wasn't the case and both my Nails and toes turned out fabulous. Thanks Ken and Vivian Nails!

the best nail experience i have had in a while!!! everyone who worked there was so incredibly kind & complementary. i had a tricky vision for my nails, and my sweet and talented nail tech (i hate that i can't remember her name) created it perfectly and triple checked every detail!!! definitely definitely definitely recommend. it is a beautiful, clean salon with the sweetest and most talented people.

I got my nails done with Lily (Lexi)! She was great! Very nice and helps me pick my nails and was very sweet! She takes her time and asks you if they are good! She is the sweetest! I recommend her!!

I visited Vivian Nail spa for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The establishment is clean, and gorgeous. The place is set up to protect everyone in this time. I liked the fact that they open the equipment in front of you and use a cover over the pedicure bowels. I had the pleasure of having Helen do my nails, feet, and eyebrows. One technician who could do all three was a dream for me. The guarantee policy is great as well. This is my new favorite place.

Great great GREAT!! Ive been in the DMV area for 5 years and finally after much searching I found a wonderful nail spa by my home. Lexi is my girl.
I tell her what I want she makes it happen. Staff is pleasant atmosphere is peaceful and wonderfully clean. Pandemic measures in place.

This nail salon is my favorite I 10/10 recommend. My nail techs name was Lexie and she did my nails so nice! I love the staff and the environment in general.

I was very impressed by the services rendered at Vivian Nail Spa in Springfield, VA. This was my first time here and an important pre-birthday spa pedicure treatment, so I was anxious. Also, it was hard for me to relax in this pandemic era of ours. However, social distancing, cleanliness and preventative measures were obviously in full force at Vivians, so I soon relaxed and experienced a wonderful full luxury spa pedicure, with paraffin treatment of feet, scrub and masque treatment on legs, hot towel wraps, message and hot rock rub. MY toes looked wonderful and I felt grand after the treatment! I highly recommend Vivian Nail Spa especially if you want to avoid Covid but get your nails done in a pristine environment with sealed private tool kits and individual pouches of all lotions and scrub supplies for each person! It was worth the price! And you get a 10% discount for paying in cash I discovered happily!

Vivian Nail Spa was a little daunting initially, as it kind of looks closed from the outside. However, the inside was beautiful and clean. They use a iPad for customer check-in, which is nice. Linda did my Shellac manicure. She took extra care to use a primer before the base coat as well as used 3 coats of color. This level of care is rare. They do give a cash discount since they don't have to pay the 3% card processing fee. I will be returning.

1st time here. Don was wonderful. The place was quiet, clean and I loved that the wax was included in a basic pedicure. I will return!
